  • The images of the products on our website are for demonstrative purposes only. Although we endeavour to display the colours accurately, due to different PC, tablet and mobile settings, colours on your device may appear slightly different to the actual colour of the item.
  • Majority of the products are made from a natural source, there will be slight differences with different batches. We recommend that you order all required products in one order
  • The packaging of the products may be different to that shown on images on our website.
  • All products are subject to availability. We will contact you via e-mail as soon as possible if the product is not available.
  • Products may have some pressure creasing or bruising due to handling and packaging. All pressure marks will “iron out” within 12 weeks if the product is removed from packaging and hung from rails.
  • When placing an order through our website please make sure that all measurements should be taken in centimetres and not inches.
  • All fabrics are cut by skilled professional who would aim to prepper your blinds to the exact sizes as requested. Please note that all blinds are made by our manufacturers with a tolerance of +/- 5mm. If the delivered goods are within this tolerance, we would not offer an replacement based on this grounds.
  • All products feature and attributes are provided to us by products manufacturers. We cannot be held responsible for any miss-assigned features or attributes.

Please note that:

Blackout or Blockout – material would be blackout however the actual product can contain some light leakage depend on type of the blind.

Waterproof – material would be waterproof however components parts are not. None of our blinds are for outdoor use. Waterproof term applies to blinds where is potential exposure to splashes.

Dispatch and Delivery

  • Delivery estimated timescalesare approximate and we are relying on our partners to dispatch your product within these estimated timescales. We cannot be responsible for potential delays in delivery also such delay constitutes a breach of the contract. We would recommend that you arrange for tradesman to fit you blinds after these are delivered.
  • Products are delivered within UK and Northern Ireland if you would like products to be delivered outside of this area than please contact us before placing an order.
  • Once product is delivered (or attempted to deliver) we are not liable for loss or damage. Refusal of delivery may result is additional re-delivery charges.


Products are quality checked by our manufacturers but in the events that you come across of any issues these must be reported in writing to our contact e-mail addressinfo@simpleblinds.co.uk . Please report immediately any damages that occurred during the transport or defective product due to manufacturing. During investigation process please do not fit your blinds. Please note we may require pictures of you blinds. If we consider necessary, we would only replace the blind in question. Due to shade variation and manufacturing tolerance the placement blind might be slightly different to the original.


  • Products are covered by manufacturerswarranty that is provided by our suppliers. In case where manufacturers warranty is not in place we would expect that products are free from material defects for a period of 12 months.

The warranty doesn’t apply if defect of the product is caused by

  • Fair wear and tear
  • Malicious damage, inappropriate storage and accidental damage  
  • If product is not used according to its purpose and instruction is not followed
  • Any alteration or repair by you or unauthorised third party.

  • We would endeavour that all information on our website are accurate and up to date however these are only for information and illustration purposes and we cannot hold liable or responsible for any potential failures. All content and images are owned by Simple Blinds or its partners and none of these should be copied or edited without explicit consent.
  • We rely on our partners and manufacturers to provide and deliver your products we will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform outside of our control.
