Products are quality checked by our manufacturers but in the events that you come across of any issues these must be reported in writing to our contact e-mail address .

Please report immediately any damages that occurred during the transport or defective product due to manufacturing. During investigation process please do not fit your blinds. Please note we may require pictures of you blinds. If we consider necessary, we would only replace the blind in question. Due to shade variation and manufacturing tolerance the placement blind might be slightly different to the original.

Once product is delivered (or attempted to deliver) we are not liable for loss or damage. Refusal of delivery may result is additional re-delivery charges.
